There are so many products that are made using animal skin, for examples, shoes, handbags, rugs and wallets.
Vegans do not eat anything that is a product of an animal.
Illegal animal products are sold on the black market.
Animal testing:
Animals can be subjected to painful and deadly tests in laboratories for the benefit of humans.
The use of animals for testing the safety and effectiveness of cosmetics is a topic that is much debated.
New medicines that could save people’s lives are often tested on animals: is this fair and ethical?
